At Bloomsbury, we believe that football should be for everyone. But the reality is that accessing the beautiful game can be prohibitively expensive.
In fact, nearly 700,000 children in London are living in poverty. When combined with under investment in schools, youth facilities and youth workers, the result is that young people becoming disconnected and disillusioned – without access to sport.
Our financial support levels the playing field, ensuring that every child who wants to play football can. Around 75% of young people in our programmes receive a level of financial support, making the beautiful game more accessible to all.
What is Financial Support?
To make organised football more affordable, Bloomsbury offers financial support – meaning 25-100% discounts on price for players from low-income households. Discounts are applied to all our football programmes and events.

What is financial support?
As a charity, Bloomsbury Football Foundation offers financial support to players from low-income households.
Financial support means discounts of 25-100% on price across all our football programmes and events.
Who can get financial support?
Anyone can apply for financial support if they’re registered for a Bloomsbury account. Create an account on our website, and answer a few questions relating to your household’s income.
Once your financial support has been approved, any discount will be automatically applied at checkout. You can check any financial support that is already applied to your account by signing into the dashboard of your account.
When will my financial support be approved?
We review financial support applications daily, during our Customer Support operating hours (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
You will receive an email once your application has been reviewed. If you have not heard from us within 72 hours of your application submission, please contact us at info@bloomsburyfootball.com
Does financial support apply to all Bloomsbury programmes?
Yes, once your financial support discounts have been approved, they will be applied automatically to any new orders, for any programmes that we run.
Can financial support be applied to previous purchases?
Sadly, we cannot backdate financial support to cover previous payments. Once approved, your financial support will be applied automatically to any new orders.
I have an existing subscription but want to apply for financial support. What do I do?
You are welcome to apply for financial support even if you have an existing subscription.
Once we have reviewed your application, please contact info@bloomsburyfootball.com to ensure that we amend your subscription correctly.
