WHAT TO EXPECT
The Bloomsbury Futsal Academy exists to build better futsal players and better people. Our coaches are always improving technical and tactical skills, while teaching essential lessons that lead to a happier and healthier life.
All players build individual development plans, focusing on the aspects of their game they most want to improve, guaranteeing progression. Our Futsal Academy is built on community foundations, strengthened on international tours and at regular all-club events.
Progression Pathway
Our Senior Futsal Teams compete at the highest level in England. Both the Men’s and Women’s squads have won the National Championship in recent years, as well as competing in the UEFA Futsal Champions League.
Players in these squads regularly compete internationally, including at tournaments like the FIFA Futsal World Cup. With an established pathway from the Academy into the Senior Teams, playing on the world stage is a realistic aim for many of our players.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Bloomsbury Football Foundation offers financial support as part of our commitment to make the magic of football accessible to all.
It means reducing the cost barriers that too often stop the next generation from getting on the pitch, so that every young person who wants to play football can.

Futsal has taught me advanced skills on the ball. It has also developed my game without the ball with an understanding of how to create space and decision making.
Player, Futsal Academy

I love playing for Bloomsbury because I have fun with my teammates and learn so much in every training session. I have really developed as a player and trained with the first team. They were great experiences for me at just 16 years old.
Player, Futsal Academy

Bloomsbury has really helped our son to build his confidence and his Futsal has gone to another level in a very short space of time. The kids are constantly challenged to develop their skills and the coaches make the sessions really enjoyable. There are also weekly matches that test the kid's ability and knowledge of the game.
Parent, Futsal Academy

We have been made to feel really welcome and part of the Bloomsbury family/ so impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved with the club and the incredibly high standard of coaching our son receives at every session he attends - he's in good hands!
