Sharpen your skills and elevate your game, with Bloomsbury Futsal Academy. Futsal is football’s small-sided, indoor cousin, and one of the fastest growing sports in the world.

The Futsal Academy offers weekly training and competitive fixtures for boys and girls, in age groups Uto U18Dedicated players progress through established pathways to Bloomsbury’s Senior squads and international playing opportunities.

  • How do I join the Futsal Academy?

    All players looking to join the Bloomsbury Futsal Academy are invited to trial session with the team they hope to join.

    To arrange a trial session, please contact Kyle Wisnewski, Futsal Academy Manager.

  • Where does the Futsal Academy train?

    Training sessions for the Bloomsbury Futsal Academy vary depending on age group. Our team can provide a full timetable of training times and venues on request.

    Training venues are located around North London and Hertfordshire, including Potters Bar, Harpenden and Watford.

  • Who coaches the Futsal Academy?

    Every Bloomsbury Futsal Academy team is led by a qualified professional. The Academy benefits from the same core coaching squad that coaches the Senior Futsal Teams, ensuring that all players receive the best technical and tactical instruction.

    As a minimum, all coaches hold an FA Level One qualification and are DBS checked. Any coach working with children aged eight and under also has a paediatric first aid qualification.

  • What can I expect from the Futsal Academy?

    The Bloomsbury Futsal Academy aims to improve players’ technical and tactical skills on the court, while ensuring that sessions and matches support play and build community.

  • How much does the Futsal Academy cost?

    If your child successfully joins the Futsal Academy, the cost is on a monthly subscription, paid on the first on the month. This covers all training sessions and associated match fees, if any.

    The cost of a Futsal Academy subscription is £66 per player per month.
